HomeScout NZ provides property search and home finding services. We are not licensed real estate agents and do not engage in real estate transactions. Our services include property research, market analysis, and connecting clients with property opportunities.

2. Service Limitations

HomeScout NZ operates as a property search consultant only. We do not:

• Act as real estate agents or brokers
• Negotiate property purchases or sales
• Handle property transactions
• Provide legal or financial advice
• Guarantee property availability or pricing

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Conducting their own due diligence on properties
• Engaging qualified professionals for legal and financial advice
• Verifying all property information independently
• Making their own decisions regarding property purchases

4. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, HomeScout NZ makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of property information. All information should be independently verified.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed upon before commencement of services. Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. No refunds are provided for completed research services.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal information. We may use aggregated, non-identifying information for business improvement purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

HomeScout NZ's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
